Kim brings over 40 years of customer service experience to her role as our Operations Manager. Since 1999, she has been overseeing office operations at WealthPlan and dedicates her time to helping ensure our team works smoothly and efficiently, supporting clients’ questions and account needs along the way. A natural problem solver, she provides proactive support and helps oversee a myriad of responsibilities as we work to guide clients with hands-on service.
She spends much of her free time playing Grandma to her six grandchildren. In addition, if time allows, she will display her skill and expertise at cribbage or sheepshead.
